Hi there! Getting ready for Valentine's Day and I have a card to show you. I mixed a variety of DSPs to get the browns and pinks that I like. I also used stamps from three different SU sets. I loved how the layers came together and added more pizzazz to the card. ;-) What do you think?

Happy New Baby!

One of my friends gave birth to a bouncing baby boy! Little Noah is her 3rd child, and after 2 girls, my friend is ecstatic about this boy. I bought some onesies for her baby. And look at my matching card below - isn't this adorable? I kinda toned down on the ribbon (smile). I hope you like it.

Cherry Blossom Card

I know, I know! It's the dead of winter in most parts of the country, but when you live in Southern California, spring is just around the corner when we're in January... I have created this card last night with thoughts of spring and warmer weather... I have used my old favorite stamp, Cherry Blossoms. Yes there is a story to it. I was in the garage earlier in the day, I was looking for something in a pile of boxes when this stamp caught my eye. Ka-boom! I forgot what I was looking for, and this stamp went inside the house with me... And immediately, I had to design something around it. Here is what I came up with. I hope you like it...

From The Heart

Hi! I was so inspired by this post that I had to make my own version! I already had the Martha Stewart lace edge punch, the Bella Rose DSPs, and pink pirouette and chocolate chip cardstocks. I omitted the ribbon because I didn't want my card to get too busy.... And I must admit, the card still came out so feminine - just right for my taste! So what do you think?

Friendship Card

Ah, friendship... I was in the garage this morning looking for something when I found this old rubber stamp. It used to my old favorite, by Inkadinkado. Well, tonight I found an opportunity to use it again... And the nice thing about it was, this card was easy to make. Just one stamp and the rest were either punching or cutting! Have a nice day!

Happy New Year!

First day of 2009 - Happy New Year to everyone! What's on your list of new year resolutions? Can you guess what's on my list? I have 2 goals right now: to exercise more and to create more cards. I have a plan already for working out.... but I need a better plan for making more time for stamping... Hihi, anyway, here is a birthday card I created for my friend's mom. This card uses the SU pink pirouette cardstock, the pink and white designer paper from the Bella Rose DSP series, a Martha Stewart lace edge punch, pink grosgrain ribbon, and my old favorite stamp set - Greetings Galore. Do you see the dazzling diamonds I applied all over the cake? I like how the card had come out - soft, subtle and ultra-feminine!
